Most tourist sites of the region are available from the campsite, including the Gorges du Tarn, the Viaduct of Millau, the Roquefort cellars, and the natural and patrimonial treasures of the region: the Larzac plateau and the Templar and Hospitaller Cities, Montpellier le Vieux, the Aven Armand, the Dargilan pink cave, the Jonte Gorges, the Dourbie Gorges and its perched villages, notably Cantobre and St Véran, the vultures' house, Micropolis "the insects' city", and much more to discover.

Millau, the capital of outdoor sports, offers a wide range of sporting activities, including canoeing, paragliding, Velorail, via Ferrata, canyoning, mountain biking, caving, hiking, bungee jumping, etc...

Activités sportives

La ville de Millau se fait aussi sportive : son implantation, son environnement naturel, son relief et son climat doux en font le paradis des sportifs. Randonnée, trail, canoë, rafting, parapente, deltaplane ne sont que quelques exemples. Millau est vraiment la capitale des sports de pleine nature !

Events not to be missed in the region

Many sports events are organized in the Millau area, notable the Verticausse, the Eurocycle festival, the Eiffage race of the Millau Viaduct, the nature Raid of the local authorities, the Natural Games festival, the International Petanque Festival, the marathon and the 100km of Millau, the Cardabelles rally, the Trail of the Templars from October 19 to 21.

Many other events are organized, notably the International Mineral and Fossil Exchange and the "Millau en Jazz" festival.
